They do not respond to emails when you want to ask about a return and do not make it easy for you to return. They make you hand write a form if you lost the original package slip which I don’t think I ever received in the first place and you are responsible for shipping charges back. So many better companies out there than this.

Terrible TERRIBLE company. I ordered shoes and noticed that they were backordered and would not ship until about a week later. After waiting another week for the shoes to arrive I decided to track them. At the very bottom of the tracking description it said my order had been cancelled the day after I placed it. I checked with my husband to see if he had cancelled the order and he hadn’t, I checked my email and junk inboxes to see if I had been sent a notification of the cancelled order...nothing. I tried to email the customer service and the website kept crashing so I waited on hold for 25 minutes to speak to someone and when I finally was connected the customer rep told me that there was a “reason” my order was cancelled but she could not tell me why and that I would have to call back tomorrow to speak to a supervisor. I told her I had already waited 25 minutes to speak to someone but she said it was company policy not to give out that information and I would simply have to call back. I have NEVER heard of this before and all of it seems downright sketchy to me. I am so incredibly frustrated!! Do NOT order from this shady company!!!

Buyer Beware! It took 5 weeks to receive credit for my return of $150. Free People booties. Rude Customer Service. Seriously??? Can't process a return for 5 weeks?

I'd give them NO stars if I could. I ordered some shoes, the style was too narrow and I could not find anything else that I found appealing so I sent them back and requested a refund. It has been almost a month. A week ago I sent an email inquiring about the status. They say it has not been recieved an I reminded them of their prepaid return label that they could track. Shocking, they tracked it and said they had it and were processing it-this was on 6-14-18. I still do not have a refund!! They said if the complaint wasn't satisfied in 7 days to reopen it-which I did. I got a reply to that saying please call us. I have currently been on hold for 10 minutes. Finally a CSR came on and says my refund wasn't processed let me get a supervisor AAAAANNNNNNDDDDD I'm on hold AGAIN!! I am going to revise my review a bit. Finally got a supervisor and she is manually processing my refund-which will take 2 business days. Her reasoning for the delay is they are short staffed and have lots of people out on vacation. I am an office manager. We plan our time off to make sure our departments are covered....

Bought a pair of shoes that I had to return, after more than a month and many emails and call I have still not gotten a refund. One customer service agent HUNG UP on me when I complained that the return process was taking too long. Go elsewhere to buy shoes.

I've had good experience. Had a pair that didn't fit choose to send them back and get the same shoe in an other size. The exchange took approximately two weeks.

My review is the same as many have already written here. Took over a week to get the shoes, they didn't fit, sent them back the next day, and here it is almost a month later, and no refund. Don't do it! You'll be sorry.

Should have read reviews before I ordered. Got wrong shoes with no packing slip or return instructions. Completely unconcerned Person at 800 number. Took 2 weeks to get the wrong thing.I am not convinced this will get resolved.
