Received shoes yesterday & returned them as the color wasn't as attractive as it had looked onscreen. No packing slip was enclosed with my order so instead of using the $6.95 prepaid return label (the cost of which would have been deducted from my refund) I had to ship them back for $14.95. I'll be disputing the payment with my credit card company if it hasn't been fully refunded by the next time I receive my credit card statement. 1st and LAST time I'll buy from this company!!!

H O R R I B L E - First time I ever ordered from them - didn't receive the shoes. I called and they said they would be sending me a "legal document" to fill out before they would credit me or reship. I didn't see anything wrong with that except that 20 days later I still hadn't rec'd the shoes or the "legal document". I finally had to call my charge company and tell that to block the payment to them. Horrible customer service. To many shoe retailers out there to have to put up with such bad service.

4 weeks and no refund. My experience is the same as others here on this website. Same poor customer service response when inquiring. Won't use them again. Will continue to monitor for my refund. Also, unable to reach by phone. Did not check that I want them to know about this review until I get my refund.

This is a terrible company. I ordered a pair of shoes that did not work out. I mailed them back the same day and I spent over a month chasing up my refund. I sent five emails and every single one was ignored. How can this be good for business? From now on, I will check every business out on Trustpilot. I will never buy from ShoeMall again and will tell everyone about my experience.

Initially I was very upset with shoe mall. I have ordered with them many times before. I received this wrong information from not only one but two customer service indivigduals. When I asked to speak to a supervisor my problems were cleared up immediately! She was professional courteous and understood my problem. There are exceptions to every rule in life. Kudos to you Renee!

I was concerned because of the previous reviews but I’m happy with my purchase! I ordered a pair of boots at an amazing price and within the week, I received them. I am pleased with the company, the merchandise, and the fast, free shipping.

I have been waiting over a month for a refund. I called twice before tonight. The first time the representative, Michael said he couldn't even find my order with my name, address, email and phone number. When I asked to be transferred he told me he was the only one there. I called the next day, spoke with management, and she said they never have only one person on shift, and she was issuing me my refund immediately. That was two weeks ago. I called tonight, spoke with Meagan who had me on hold 3 separate times and finally told me they already refunded me. I asked her how they refunded me and she said I had to speak with a manager tomorrow. Yikes!

I placed an order with this company and waited for tracking. They notified me that what I ordered was on back order. I asked that they cancel my order and they responded stating the order was canceled. I have been waiting over 4 months for a refund and they are no longer responding to my emails.
