Shoemall has terrible customer service
I have ordered shoes from ShoeMall, Piperline, Endless and Zappos and had great experience with all EXCEPT ShoeMall. The customer service at ShoeMall was terrible..they were rude and unfriendly. And their shipping is extremely slow. And they will not honor price protection. I ordered a pair of booties from them very late at night over the weekend and early Monday morning when I logged onto their website to check status, I discovered that they were offering a huge discount of 25%. My order had not even been shipped yet...it was just queued for shipping. I asked for a credit on the difference. They said flat out NO. I said then don't ship them to me. They said too late. I said then I will refuse package. They said no..I would be on the hook for full amount if I refused the package. I had to wait 2 weeks for the package to arrive (meanwhile, all the orders I placed at numerous other online places arrived within 1 to 3 days). I return shipped the booties back to Shoemall right away. And after 2 weeks, they still have not issued a credit to my card. They are terrible and I will NEVER shop there again. Their loss because I have purchased lots of very nice quality shoes/boots online.
