Excellent customer service and price
Excellent customer service and price! Ticket price was less than on any other travel website or direct with the Airline. Booked reservation over the phone with Vance & he emailed details within seconds. Took another 5 hours to get the Final confirmation email, however, he did say once the Credit card payment is processed, then you will get the confirmation email. When I checked the Record Locator number on the AA.com website, it went through and a new Record Locator number appeared with the e-tickets. It displayed that a lower price was paid then what I actually paid to Shiva Travel, but my price was still lower than any other advertised travel website. I called them before I booked to make sure all my questions were answered & they took my call right away. They called me back once the confirmation email was sent to my email ...just to make sure I received the email, which I did not expect. I saved $152 per ticket ($304 total for 2) from what I would have paid directly to American Airlines. I found Shiva travel through Lady Bug.com. Hope this information is helpful and you can save some $$$ like I did. This was my 1st experience with them and it went smoothly. Never heard of them before. Thanks Vance again!
