I did purchase our ticket online then following morning, Jay of Shiva Travel called me and mentioned about some restrictions on the flight I purchased. Jay offered a better deal, adding extra $$$ but it will be a straight flight and our requested departure time in Cancun. Jay was very helpful. Definitely will use Shiva Travel again.
