RUN WITH YOUR MONEY!!!!!! Bought 5 tickets, paid and received confirmation. Minutes later I had a call from a guy with an Indian accent telling me prices have changed. After arguements and coming to a consensus, to my dismay I arrived the airport and realized Shiva did not even ticket the reservation. As in they didn't pay any money to the airline. IT WAS ALL A SCAMMMM. No one ever picks a call. RUNNN WITH YOUR MONEYYYYY. BEWARE OF SHIVA TRAVELS.

DO NOT USE THEM. This is a scam to get you to pay more for your flight. After I booked it, a person with an Indian accent, Jeffrey Wells, called me telling me they couldn't honor the price. Two days later he called again and I told him I would not pay more and to cancel my flight. BIG SCAM. BE CAREFUL.

After a good amount of research, I ordered flight tickets from Shiva Travel to the best available online price. It took a little longer than 24 hours until my tickets were issued. During the waiting period, I followed up with their customer service, because I became unsure if my online transaction was handled properly. The customer representative listened to my concerns, explained the process to me, and genuinely apologized for the slight delay in regards to the ticket issuance. Shortly after that, my tickets were issued with a significantly shorter flight duration which I really appreciated. The flights itself went very smoothly. Shiva Travel addressed my concerns promptly and professionally and they did their very best to make up for the slight delay during the order process.

SCAM!!!! I bought a ticket and later the same day they cancel my reservation without contact mr or nothing, they tried to call nobody answered, then the online chat said is a holiday in India and they are closed . They have an address in the USA but everybody is in India , they just want to get your info . Will never use this company again.

At first i was a little concerned but then the gentleman explained things to me and followed me through the entire purchase process. I later called him and he was able to email me my tickets and stayed with me on the line until i was able to confirm that i had received them. I will certainly use them again for my travel needs.

2nd time booking with them. They give me the best service and very cheap deal to Miami

Got my tickets on time and the best price.

I wanted to book a flight but at the end before payment there is a section says read rules and restrictions for airlines.I pressed on that and the page was blank. It seems it was blank out by travel agency so customers may not know the rules. When I called them and spoke they say those rules are not honoured by us and if you cancel ticket and rebook for later flights although allowed by airlines we will not refund the money as we sell tickets very cheap. This was evident how they misguide customers and rob them. They should know these days travelers are more educated and do not act like this.Do not use this agency at all and I will report to United airlines about it not to allow them to sell their tickets and also IATA.
