It took some time but it was okay.

I initially found them on Ladybug and I liked the price. I called the phone number to confirm a few things before buying the tickets. Jay Bryan helped me through the process and answered my questions. I finished the purchase online and got a confirmation code but ticket issue was pending. Checking directly with the airline, my reservation was marked as "Pending". Within an hour, I got the actual e-tickets from Shiva and I noticed the reservation code had changed. I checked aa.com with the new reservation code and it was confirmed and ticketed. The price shown on my AA.com booking was lower than what Shiva charged me but Jay explained that they buy tickets in bulk ahead of time hence they get a cheaper price. They then mark-it up when reselling since that is their business. Well and good ... wholesalers do that all the time in every industry. Since I was still within the 24hr cancellation period, I continued shopping around to see if I could get a better deal. Some other website seemed to show a cheaper prices so I call back and had Jay cancel my bookings. He tried to discourage me from cancelling since he said other sites will bait-and-switch and change price on me. I ignored him and cancelled. He was right. The other website called me and said they cannot honor the original price and I needed to cough up almost $250 more. After running me around for a while trying to convince me they can get me more discounts but never really pulling through, I cancelled and went back to Shiva ... who had a lower price than even the original one. I booked it. Not long afterward. Jay called me back and wanted to know why I had rebooked after cancelling. I told him my other price fell through just as he had predicted it would. Well, Jay was able to confirm and issue my ticket at the new lower price. I would definitely use their service in the future.

I booked a trip on Saturday, I had to make 2 phone calls yesterday as I am waiting for the updated Confirmation & etickets. I was assured I would have these by 9:00 pm yesterday. I will contact my credit card and report stolen/scam, my attorney, as well as better business bureau. Additionally be assured every social Media site, your local news; etc. will receive complaints continuously until resolved. I cannot confirm my 3 tickets Delta.

This was my first time using ShivaTravel and after an initial hiccup and a pleasant phone conversation with Prince, I have great priced airline tickets! Thank you Prince and ShivaTravel. I will not hesitate booking with you again on a future trip.

Awesome !!Service the agent was patient and polite initially asked me to wait for 4 hours for the tickets to get confirmed but however it took the whole day. Still I got the lowest price available in comparison with all of travel agencies such as Expedia, Orbit, Travelocity. I am very happy with prize. I will surely recommend this company to my friends.

I’m only giving this a 2 because we did eventually get our flight booked. I found a good deal on a flight through airfare watchdog then selected ladybug which had a prompt to book through Shiva Travel. I called because it would not let me book online. The individual was courteous but the process was slow. It took about an hour and he informed me there was a $25 price increase during the course of the conversation which I agreed to. He sent me a confirmation with his booking number and I confirmed the details. I could not find the reservation on the airline site so called and they said it had been booked but not ticketed. Shiva travel over the course of two days kept telling me I would have confirmation within 3 hours. Could not reach anyone over the weekend the received a cancelation notice from the airline. Called Shiva Travel and within an hour received a different booking number and ticketing info. Checked with the airline and it was confirmed. Today they have the same flight advertised at the original price so it looks like I paid an extra $25 for the bad service. Even though this was resolved through my perseverance I can not recommend this company.

Absolutely terrible. We booked with this website as a couple of girls trying to visit a relative across the country. We were charged for the flight and received information about our trip. We started to check into our flight status on the Americans airlines website only to find out that our reservation was cancelled and that we had no flight, no tickets, and on top of that ShivaTravel never even sent us a cancellation notice. This website is a scam, their are no email responses and the phone numbers all go straight to voicemail that seems like it’s made by a regular person trying to get your money. Please don’t use and don’t support their thievery This was my honest experience of our travel booking, I have been asked to take my review down because as of this moment they problem has been fixed and our flights have been booked, I will keep this review up but add in this note to let everyone know that we are still going to continue with out travels and that shivatravel has made our reservations again, which they only did after I posted this review. To be continued, I’ll keep you posted. You can image how disturbed I was when I called Americans airlines and they told me it was cancelled. I’ll keep you posted and hopeful change my review once we make it through our trip.
