I purchased tickets for my flight during the afternoon and did not receive the etickets by the evening, so I called Shiva Travel. Peter was fantastic! He helped me through the entire process and made sure I had my tickets. I had a great experience with this travel agency and I hope to use them again sometime soon.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I had a great experience booking my travel with Prince. He was patient, courteous, and extremely thorough which gave me comfort that all will be well with my flights. Great service and great price - what could be better than that!

I was really hesitant at buying tickets through a company I have never heard of before. After purchasing I called them and they answered right away (big plus in my book). I got my confirmation #'s immediately and Jay Bryan who answered the phone was such a big help to me. He fixed my issue that I had (mis-spelled my daughters name, who does that?) He fixed my issue and resent confirmation of my ticket with the correct spelling. Shiva Travel will be getting more business from me. Thank You Jay for all your help! It was very much appreciated.
