Ok service very hard to understand

great customer service but had to go back and forth with them to get my flight info. Still unsure about it all to be honest.

Changed the reservation on me but were able to get a similar one for the same rate. Receipt was not sent and took me a couple of calls to get it to happen I wish they can improve their process to make it less time consuming
