I booked a ticket through the Shiva website. They never confirmed my flight. When I tried to call them, couldn't get through, just got a computer, left several messages, nobody ever called me back. I even sent an email with no response from them. I would never book anything through them. Terrible customer service, in other words NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Vance Victor at Shiva Travel explained all kinds of bogus fees tacked onto the total cost for 2 tickets, when the airline tickets cost (bought by a different travel consolidator company) so much less ( actual United ticket cost per person $338) than advertised on other booking sites. He even stated, they get paid by the airlines. So why are you charging the extra fees? You are double dipping sir. Bad service in addition to threatening that the airlines would not let us fly on the return flight, unless we paid the extra fees. And threatened to cancel the booking unless I paid. I call BS! I paid for the ticket! I understand legit travel agencies charge a $25-$50 booking fee, but not $237 extra for 2 tickets! And then didn't return my email calling them out on it, and didn't issue a new confirmation receipt or the airline e-ticket. Totally unbelievable! I will never use this travel company again. My advice, DON'T BOOK TRAVEL THROUGH SHIVA TRAVEL. www dot shivatravel dot com Also, I just looked and they took down the "What customers say about us" section off their website, so you can't see the reviews. Prince made the stressful process of finding a cheap flight speedy and easy!! I highly recommend this travel company, and will be using them again for all my travel needs

Excellent Service - I highly recommended Shiva Travel. I informed everyone in my group traveling to New Orleans- Essence Fest 2019 to get there airfare via Shiva Travel.

My airline tickets were canceled and I was not notified. They claim an email and a voice mail was left. I have checked, and rechecked every regular inbox and spam box as well as voice mail. There was NO notification!! We will be forced to drive all night to get to our destination!!

Booked a flight which was cancelled with no notice. Claims they tried to call but voice mail picked up, but never left a message, nor sent and email cancellation. I would not waste your time here at all.

Victor what a scam artist. Book 5 tickets from Maine to Florida.@ $337.00 each. 7 days later he calls to say tickets were cancelled and money refunded. So now we have no tickets. But... he’d be happy to get us tickets , on same flights for $385.00. Our vacation ruined. We will be persueing this further. Please be careful with this guy and company. All 5 of us women will be reviewing this site
