Hi Recently i had 2 boxes shipped. One with fedex and the other with dhl . I was charged for 2 pounds more . Of course we would get to the volume weight and actual weight issue. I asked fedex to send me the shipment details and they sent 2 lbs less than what shiptobox charged. When i asked about this tjeh said fedex checks the dimensioms at different stages and i should wait for final delivery. At final delivery i got from fedex the same dimensions . So they said they will check and get back to me . Of course they did not . Of course i have photos to prove this The shipping rates are also slightly overpriced Need to keep an eye on weight as this is a big issue

Hi Tarek Sorry for the misunderstanding. but about your DHL order it was 14*11*7/139= 7.7 Lbs and 7.7 considering as 8 Lbs not 7 Lbs. And about fedex order it was 11*11*7 so it's considered 7 Lbs. As we informed you and you can check it on the calculator. Thanks for your understanding. Customer Care Team

Guys, be aware of this scammer website. I have never seen such a scammer website as this one. They would cheat you on the weights of the items. If you ship an item of 6 lbs, they will make it 40 lbs; this exactly what happened to me. When l talked to their customer service about this, they told me it is just an estimated weight, and they will change it to an actual weight once all the items are consolidated in one or two boxes at the time of shipping. Unfortunately, l ended up paying the estimation weight, and none of what they said was true.

Hello Ahmed You sent us an email and we already clarified this issue. but no problem let me clarify it again. as per fedex website the actual weight for your item was 7.3 Lbs and the dimensions 32*15*10 In. and the other item from Amazon was 6 Lbs and dimensions 32*21*4 Inches. And after you submitted the shipping order for your 29 boxes from our warehouse and we already merged them together with the 2 big items to save the shipping cost for you. as you have 2 big items So we can not reduce the dimensions for them so we put the rest items in the 27 boxes in the 2 big boxes with the big items. and the actual weight before the merge was 102 Lbs and the estimated weight 227 Lbs after we merged them together became the actual weight 80 Lbs. and the estimated weight 89 Lbs so that's mean we saved 138 Lbs for you after we putted the rest boxes with the big items in same box. موظفين الشركه تعاملهم محترم و متعاونين مع الزبون، يتابعوا معك ع واتسآب في حال احتجت شغله معينه. اسعار الشحن ارخص من مواقع تانيه جربتها من قبل. احيانا بتكون خدمه الشحن DHL غير مفعله لبلدي و هاد العيب الوحيد اللي شفته غير هيك أمورهم ممتازه. بتشكر كل شخص فيكم و ان شاء الله للأفضل
