Excellent service and genuinely outstanding customer care We have been extremely impressed with Ship to Box from the moment we opened our account. We regularly work with international purchasing and forwarding services across Japan, China, Canada and elsewhere, and the level of service we have received from Ship to Box has genuinely stood out. Emmy in particular has been fantastic. We recently had several time-sensitive orders due to a supplier running a short flash sale, and she and the team acted incredibly quickly to help us get everything processed. Communication throughout was excellent — we were kept informed, questions were answered promptly, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Having dealt with a number of international purchasing and forwarding services, Ship to Box has very quickly become one of the services we would confidently choose to use again. A genuinely excellent experience so far, and we look forward to placing many more orders with them in the future. Highly recommended.

Really friendly service and response…
Really friendly service and response time is great! I talked to Emy and Max and they were very nice. Also its very cheap it cost like a quarter of what other services would have charged!! And it was sent superfast!
