Obnoxious replies: this is a reply to the owner’s response. You said you returned the package because it was damaged, FINE! Why did you sign for the package? Tracking has your signature as delivered, even though you claim package was returned and I should contact sender/credit card company to file a claim, how do I file a claim for a missing package if you signed for it and fedex has marked it as delivered because you signed for it? Does that make sense to you? How do I file for missing package if the receiver(YOU) has your signature on tracking.I asked you to contact the fedex driver to change that “delivered update” so that I can file a claim for a missing package. You went ahead to send an email that you have the right to refuse customer’s packages and the fedex driver marks the package as delivered before he gets off his truck so you cannot do anything about it! So you are trying to say your customer’s packages can be marked delivered by fedex driver before you even receive it(which is falsifying document) and you haven’t reported this to fedex yet? Is that not negligence on your part as a business entrusted with receiving customers packages safely? And means it can happen to anyone who uses your business and you will tell them the say thing?? Update: Shiptobox, why are you lying in your replies, did I not send you the emails of the claim denial after I filed for it and it was denied because you signed for the package? How difficult is it to track Fedex and let them update the tracking and remove your signature from it so that my claim for a missing package will be approved?? How do you think? After you sign for a package with your signature and it available on tracking for everyone to see, who will believe that the package was returned?? And you are here pretending as if I did not send you both emails from seller and credit card company denying the claim just because of 1 thing(you signed for the package). Update: Please do not lie, case has not been clarified anywhere. I cannot file a claim because you signed for the package, is that hard for you understand? Are you ok?? Contact fedex and let them update the tracking as returned & take your signature off the tracking update, before I can re-file a missing package claim. How do you file a claim when they have your signature on the tracking as delivered. What is so hard for you to understand?? Is it the English??
