Been using them for the last year, had no problems, shipped at least 20-30 boxes with them however the last box, a jordan shoe was missing. I’ve contacted them about this, they repeatedly say they have checked the warehouse however every time I try to raise security concerns they see it as a personal attack and defend the company or blame my countries customs authorities, I know the shoe wasn’t stolen during shipment as the box was neatly packed and there was no gaps in the box, so I believe it went missing from their warehouse , I’ve repeatedly asked for them to check cctv footage and no reply has been received. If you are shipping expensive products and branded items I don’t recommend using them as there is always a risk of loss. Also, the fact that instead of actually doing an investigation and seeing what really happened, they immediately defend their company and pass the blame on, this is not how a company should deal with issues, it’s quite disappointing as with other issues they are helpful and friendly. I hope through this review they will improve security and ensure that customers packages are safe.

Hello Mr Ahmed, So sorry about that. But as we informed you, we passed the problem to the warehouse manager and he already checked it several times and confirmed it. We have shipped all the items we received so we asked you to check with the seller. And like you said, you've shipped with us before many times and never missed an item. So you need to check with the seller to make sure he sent it with the other items. Thank you Customer Care Team
