ShipsuranceReviews of shipsurance.com

Shipsurance is absolutely a scam. Their policy provides so many loop holes for them to get out of paying the claim that you might as well throw the additional shipping cost in the trash. I will never do business with this scam company again and fully intend to sue them for operating in bad faith and/ or false advertisement. They waited until the customer returned the item to decide the claim and therefore rejected the claim under the customer requesting a replacement and returning the item. Putting it on the customer to take pictures is no way to operate. You will not be allowed to cheat people for long.

Shipsurance made the claims process very easy to understand. We have made multiple claims through them for lost packages and have always had super quick support with them!

My claim for an item that broke in shipping was filed April 10 and paid on April 11th. The claims process is simple and hassle free for me, the seller, as well as for the buyer. I love Shipsaver and have been a customer for many years without any complaints.

Fast, Easy and Good communicattiom

As a small business, it's imperative to have great service and help when shipping companies damage items. No matter how well you pack, people and or accidents happen in shipping. Because Shipsurance is so quick and accurate with payment of damaged claims, I even insure Pri Mail packages with it so not to have to wait months for USPS to reimburse. This helps my cash flow and keeps customers satisfied.

THE WORST. WHAT A SCAM. Spends 100s of DOLLARS WITH THEM . Every time something got lost they find some way not to cover you. What a waste of money and time

Shipsurance is an absolute scam and they know it. They ask for the value of what you are shipping and when it is damaged they refuse to pay, they will only pay based on what they think the value is. Even though I show them the actual cost and value. They lie and steal your money. They want you to put actual value so they can charge you more, But when times comes and actually need the insurance, they cheat you out of what you paid for.

I send everything they asked for.today I received a Denial. This is the reason they gave The claim has been closed. The item(s) that were originally shipped were returned to the original shipper before we completed our review. I guess I will have to get a lawyer to sue them.our judge here hates online bussiness so a 5k claim will cost much more after they have to pay my legal fees.next post is to the better bussiness Bureau
