Ship Smart Inc.Reviews of shipsmart.com

We used Ship Smart in a tough situation and they came through 100%. When we had to move a relative's possessions out of his house quickly, with minimal warning and a limited budget, Ship Smart were communicative, helpful, patient and went above and beyond. They also delivered faster than promised, at the original quote. Finally, even their subcontracted driver was friendly and easy to work with. I am happy to recommend Ship Smart to anyone without hesitation.

Excellent communication, great delivery and the most economical that I could find.

The entire team was efficient, professional and polite. I look for that combination and I got it with ShipSmart

Very professional from start to finish.

My move was quoted completely and when I added items on I felt the total was more than fair. The pickup was on time, professional and courteous. The delivery was ahead of schedule and not a single item was damaged. The packing was science to me. The way things were arranged and stacked was pretty ingenious. The delivery was like the pickup: professional and courteous. Along the way, I was kept informed of every step. I don't often give an unqualified five stars, but this is it. You have to do a little sweat equity, but you know that going in.

They took care of everything. They called when they said they would, they picked up when they said they would & delivered when they said they would. It was a worry free experience. Thank you!

We were relocating back from NYC to Melbourne and had 7 large boxes to ship back. The quoting process was fairly painless and the price was good. We originally were quoted for 5 boxes, but ended up adding 2 more (which I did call to get an updated quote). After pickup the price nearly doubled! (something about actual volume vs calculated despite providing exact measurements) But after a little back and forth, Shipsmart were able to sort something out that we were all happy with. Our goods arrived in Melbourne packaged and labelled well on the pallet. They were also spot on with the ETA. Everything seems to be in the condition that we sent it in. We chose will call rather than door to door, so there were some extra charges at our end, plus customs forms, etc. But overall pretty happy with the service.

Ship Smart did a great job packing. The company they actually used to ship the furniture damaged a chair and tried to hide that fact.
