Sheer incompetency that has been pumped with a lot of equity money so they couldn't care any less of whether the people making them money end up belly up. I've been with Shipmonk for 4 years, only because I got trapped after sending a bulk of my inventory to their Florida warehouse. They have thrives working for them who take products out of the packaging and ship out empty boxes to customers. It used to happen once or twice a monthuntil mid last year, then for a peiord of a month or so more than 50% of the orders were delivered with empty boxes. Customers ended up taking to reddit and calling my brand a scam since they received empty boxes. One posted a review there, a second one commented they had the same issue, and it just snowballed from there. No amount of work can get that reddit post off the first page when someone searches my brand, and my sales dropped by over 80% as a result. All I got was "we investigated your stock at the warehouse, everything seems to be fine with that, so here's a refund for shipping cost for the affected orders. I had a business with a 7-figure valuation within a year of commencing operations, and now I'm a few days away from declaring bankruptcy. If you care about your money, time, and the sacrifices you make to setup a venture, run in the opposite direction.

I have been using ShipMonk since 2022 when order volume became more than I could handle. There has been a few hiccups along the way (loss of some inventory) but overall the experience has been positive. Recently, a carrier made a delivery mistake and ShipMonk was helpful in resolving the issue. However, it's important to make sure that guidelines for receiving are followed to mitigate some of these potential delays/errors. Regardless of issues that come up, the Happiness Engineers at ShipMonk are always as helpful as they can be and accommodate my inquiries.

That's why we decided to leave after 3 months - failure to comply with the agreed terms and conditions caused us to incur large costs when receiving in the new warehouse, we did not receive more than 150 items in the new warehouse ... this experience cost us more than 5000 USD. Avoid Shipmonk and if you are there, consider moving elsewhere.

We've been with a lot of 3PLs, and while Shipmonk is not perfect, our Happiness Engineer (hi Ryan!) is absolutely incredible and makes our jobs so much easier. He is attentive, kind, empathetic and a real problem solver. We would be lost without Ryan!

Our company has used Shipmonk since we have first started and they have been able to keep up with our rapid growth rather seamlessly. Our support person, Daniel Kelley, in indispensable. We are very lucky to have him assigned to our account and is the primary reason we have stayed with Shipmonk.

My onboarding experience was smooth—clear, easy, and well-guided. The representative made the process simple, was proactive and helpful, and even answered calls to assist with any concerns. I couldn’t have asked for better service at the start. UPDATE one month after onboarding: But after shipping out my preorders, things took a turn. Issues piled up—expensive shipping carriers that reject most claims, a warehouse software with bugs that forces me to spend over an hour on emails daily, and a high rate of shipment returns. I initially chose ShipMonk to help my business grow, but now I feel hesitant to scale. Lost and undelivered packages go unclaimed, and I’m stuck managing frustrated customers while relaying messages between ShipMonk’s team. Losing money, losing focus and losing confidence. Not ideal.

I just finished the onboarding/integration process and I am about to kick off the sales and fulfulling. So far I had a great experience. Allie, Jonathan and all collegues were super helpful and friendly! I do think the process of integration is not the easiest, but if you follow their guide/ video's it'll be okay. And the Shipmonk team is there when you need them! Thank you Allie and team and I am looking forward to start selling a lot of our cool Lionfish Jewelry!
