WOW... They made the process easy!
Making the move to partner with a 3PL for our eCommerce site was pretty scary! But Pascalle and the team at Shipmonk have gone over and above in supporting us during the transition. We've been super impressed with their communication and timely responses. We'll definitely be recommending Shipmonk!

Be very VERY CAREFUL
Onboarding is great. Support is very responsive and helpful. However, this is a one-star review because of their appalling fee policy. If your business goes south and you decide not to do business with them anymore, your monthly pick fees and storage fees WILL continue to accrue - $250 this month, $250 the next, and the next until you settle it. There is NO PAUSE button. Ultimately, you will get hit with a huge bill regardless of whether you did business with them or not! Be very VERY CAREFUL. Update: Still have yet to hear a reply from ShipMonk. The only response I receive was a response to pay for the new fees that the account continues to accumulate and another payment to close the account. Think twice before opening an account with them!

Happiness Engineer Sarah Box is Amazing!
Our company has been working with Shipmonk for almost 3 years. I have to say that Sarah Box is exceptional. Sarah is very organized, super punctual, and very effective when it comes to helping us communicate and get tasks done. The main person that keeps from going with another 3PL service is Sarah Box, we look forward to growing our relationship with Shipmonk going forward.

So happy we chose ShipMonk!
After much time and research we couldn't be happier with choosing ShipMonk!!! Their customer service is fantastic and they were so helpful and prompt with help and instructions! Our stores are now linked with their fulfillment center and we can just focus on SALES!!! Thank you ShipMonk!!!

Their customer service just went really bad…
Their customer service just went really bad overtime. Their monthly fees are crazy and it was a big issue getting responses to any queries. We finally shipped our inventory out and they didn't provide pricing to ship out our inventory, I asked 3 times and just automatically billed $1500. Really bad experience.

Just Okay
They are good and easy to set up for simple DTC fulfillment, however any integrations beyond do not flow easily and require manual upkeep. They are trying to expand their reach to wholesale fulfillment, but they are not even close to ready. Experience has been fine for our Shopify site, disappointing for any other fulfillment option.
