ShipHero is the best!
Ship Hero, and people like Maria and Clara, are a shining light in the fulfillment business. A tech forward company with this level of service is almost unheard of. We were with Shipbob before and they couldn’t have cared less about us as a company, just our dollars. ShipHero should be your first look. Thank you!

Not sure what is going on lately
Not sure what is going on lately, but we’ve been with Shiphero for years. They’ve always had their quirks and issues but nothing was this bad. Ever since they moved customer support to Zendesk, responses from support for issues caused by Shiphero’s receiving warehouse take days, if not weeks to get a response or resolved.
