Onboarding was very thorough. Bela, the specialist I worked with, is very knowledgeable, patient, and able to guide you through any questions you have on how to get set up. I would highly recommend Shiphero's services.

Special request for ShipHero Vegas facility
I had a special request for ShipHero Las Vegas warehouse that house our product inventory. Bel coordinated this request in a very diligent manner and the request was completed on time at a reasonable fee. Thanks a lot to the Vegas warehouse team!!

Communication has gotten better with…
Communication has gotten better with getting back to email requests I send out, however, the response time is very slow even after copying the owner of 93brand on a lot of these emails.
