Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

I need to have my car shipped across the country (FL to CA ) . Ship a car direct did an excellent job. My car was picked up on the day I designated and delivered one week later in great conditions. I will definitely use them again if I need it next time.

I had used Ship A Car Direct Service to move my car from Phoenix to Charlotte. It was picked as planned right from my home on time and they dropped the car right in front of my Hotel in Charlotte day before planned date. It was great to have my car in just 3 days. These guys have done the great Job. Thanks!!!

My car was only 5 months old when I needed to have it shipped across country. I was stressed out about having it transported in an open carrier, but Matt assured me that it would be taken care of, and if something happened to it that their damage free guarantee would cover it. I was also getting worried when no carrier had been assigned 4 days before the pickup date I requested. Matt said it was typical to occur within a few days of the requested date, and he was not surprised. He took the initiative to call around, and within a few hours of my call he was able to find a carrier for me. The emails that are sent out after a quote is requested are helpful and informative. Matt also followed up the day after delivery to ensure that my car arrived as expected. I did not see any new scratches or dings, and the carrier even washed it down due to salt/sand after a snow storm he encountered right after pickup. Overall, I am very happy with the service of Ship A Car Direct and the carrier (Absolute Auto Transport).

I've used Ship-A-Car direct twice in the last year and coildn't ask for better communication, service or price. Matt has been extremely helpful both times, arranging prompt pick up and delivery. I would recommend this company to everyone looking to transport a vehicle.

Having never shipped a car before, I was fortunate to find this company. The videos on the website answered questions succinctly and well. I got a fair price, nice driver, car picked up the day after my order, and delivery to my daughter across the country a week later. I chose an open carrier and the car arrived dirty, but that was to be expected. I have no complaint about the experience, the service or the outcome.

I ordered my Lexus to be shipped from California to Texas. After having a great experience talking with Jason, my car was picked up on the same day and right on time. The driver is very nice and professional. He called me a day before delivering my car and an hour before coming to my place. I have no problems or issues with them after receiving my car. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I moved my car from Ohio to California and was worried about choosing the correct mover. I have done so much of analysis over the internet and finally decided to go with Ship a car direct. From the first conversation to the point when I received my car, their services were truly reliable, trustworthy and good. Emily had always been paying attention to my concerns and returned my calls in a timely manner. They were always available either through phone or email. Even the truck driver was very kind and exceeded my expectations. You can rely on them for your moving your car.

I was very impressed with the service I received after calling and arranging shipment of my car with Ship A Car Direct from New York to California. Matt ,the broker was able to arrange shipment on 28th February , day requested after calling him the day before. Price was reasonable and car arrived safely and undamaged on 7th March .I was able to communicate with the truck driver and informed of arrival and pick up time. Thank you and continue the good work. I can safely recommend your company to family and friends.
