The entire process couldn't have been smoother. I first visited the website and then called to ask a few particular questions. Matt answered all of them very thoroughly and I then processed the order online. I received a confirmation number along with the shipper's name and phone number, and information on the schedule. I received a phone call and email from Matt when the car was picked up, and it actually arrived at my home 1 day earlier than I expected, which made me very happy. Most importantly, the car was in the same exact condition it was when I left it. I would definitely use this firm again the next time I transport a vehicle.

I have needed to transport a car a few time before but I have never had an experience work as smoothly as this one. David remained in constant contact for the moving period and check in with me at the conclusion. The pick up was on time and the drop off was even sooner than I anticipated. I will only use David for any future transport.

Ship a Car Direct is highly recommend and I would use their service in the future. My order was processed and my car arrived in less than a week. The price was fair and no hidden or additional charges. The car was shipped from Virginia to Montana and damage free.
