This was first time I had vehicle transported so I was a bit cautious on process. After discussing situation with Ship a car Direct contact Matt, I decided to go with them. The price was fair, they explained the process and answered all my questions and located a transport company who picked the car up within 2 days of me placing the order. The car was delivered to CT a day or two early and in good shape. I would use these guys again.

Ship A Car Direct arranged transport of the vehicle back to our home after the body work was completed. The car arrived in excellent condition and arrived one day sooner than expected. My car was delivered right on time,even a little early than i expected. I was able to drive my car the same day I landed in my destination. I even have suggested another friend who is trying to transport his car to another state to use the SHIP A CAR DIRECT.

I priced out other shippers and they were medium to high as far as price went. I did not feel comfortable going with the lowest cost vendor. The actually shipper they linked me with was responsive and when I left a message on their voicemail, they called back within 2 hours. 2 days before the estimated delivery, I had to change my delivery address to my office instead of my house. They were able to accommodate my request with no issues. On the delivery date, they called me when they were 2 hours away, then again when they were 5 minutes away.

I reviewed quite a few transport companies, and wasn't sure if I could trust any of the reviews. The reason I chose this company was because they use reliable contractors that are rated high by the better business bureau. Even with some of the worst weather across the United States, they were pretty close to the estimated delivery date. The cost was lower than most, and the communication was wonderful. I would use again in the future. Don't hesitate to use them!

I had never shipped my car before and was intimidated by the idea of those big open trucks, but I was assigned to Emily, who was very friendly and clear in her explanations. She sent me helpful information before we even spoke over the phone, and consistently kept in touch with me to answer all my questions. The driver, Wade, first called me a couple of days too early, but we worked out the schedule and he was consistently communicative about time estimates. The door-to-door service was amazing, the whole process was so much easier than I'd expected. I'd use them again and definitely recommend their service.
