Ship A Car Direct has great customer service. They were very responsive to calls and emails. My car was picked up and delivered in a timely manner. There was no damage to my car.

Overall, the representative Portia of Ship A Car Direct and the collaborator of the company Unified Auto Trans Corp did a good job, even if the date to pick up my car was late. First, the carrier and driver took care of my care very well. As I got my car in the destination, I did not see any additional damage. The driver was friendly as well, arriving at the place for pick-up on time. Since the arrival time of the car was also late, the company even called me directly to let me know when I could get the car. Secondly, the representative Portia was helpful. She helped me communicate with Unified Auto Trans Corp well. As I found the company did not pick up the car in the schedule day, she called the company so they picked my car soon. Also she looked at the available promotion. It helps! Regarding the delay of picking up my car and no tracker, I suggest them to utilize the computer system and GPS. With this combination, the company could know and pick up the car on time once the customer pays the down payment to reserve the spot. Also the customer could know where and when the car would arrive at the destination.

Shipping worked out great, On time and able to hold car for a few extra days.

I had my car shipped from Los Angeles to Dallas. Everything went as expected. The car was picked up on the scheduled date and delivered 3 days later. Jason was always available and accessible. Great job, I would happily ship my car with them again.

Our car shipped across country with no problems whatsoever. Dale at ShipACar Direct was extremely helpful, was always accessible via email or phone for any questions we had. He explained the process, had helpful tips for the process, and checked in throughout the duration. He worked with our difficult schedule and made it happen for us. We will definitely be call Dale for the return trip of our vehicle.

Mike was an excellent resource in guiding me through this shipment. He explained how the business works and then, arranged for a carrier for my CRV's almost cross-country journey. The carrier arranged with the auto repair shop for shipment pickup. The vehicle was put on a transporter on a Friday and arrived early on Monday morning! The driver let me know the day before and then, a hour before he arrived. This entire transaction was handled by knowledgeable, professional and courteous individuals. Thanks Mike!

Had a very positive experience working with Dale at Ship a Car Direct. Once I contacted the company he took it from there and the price I paid to have a car moved 335 miles was less than what other companies quoted me. I gave Dale the dates that would work for picking the car up and they used one of those but I only had a one-day notice when the time came. My only complaint is that Dale told me the man who would move the car (on a one-vehicle trailer) would be at the pick-up point between 8 and 9 AM. When he wasn't there at almost 9 AM I called the driver direct and he said he'd be there at 10 AM. He later backed it off to noon. My sister who was waiting on him had to leave but we found someone else to do it which was a little bit of a hassle,. However, the pickup went very smoothly and he delivered it to me 8 hours later. The delivery also went very smoothly and quickly and the car was in perfect shape. The driver's English skills were somewhat limited which led to some doubt we were communicating at 100% but that is the state of the country we live in. He was nice though. I'd use this company again.
