Ship A Car Direct got my car from GA to OR ahead of schedule which was awesome. They retain only top notch transport companies and my customer service rep, Mike was great.

I was quite apprehensive at first to send my new SUV to from NJ to TX. I had the pleasure of working with Dale at Ship A Car Direct, who made the process very simple and straightforward. The car was picked up on time and delivered on time in spotless condition. Thanks Ship A Car Direct!

Mike was excellent and was with me the whole way. My car was in good hands and the whole process was easy. I would ship my car again with this company. Very military friendly.

I have not shipped a car for quite a few years, but needed to now for a move from Oregon to Arizona. Back in the day you could schedule a month ahead, so when Jason told me that things had changed and it was now "normal" to lock things down only a week before the move, I was freaked out. I am a big time planner and this "last minute" thing did not sit well with me. However, I have to say that Jason was absolutely correct, I got the offer to ship my cars exactly a week before I needed them picked up. The driver, Victor arrived early which was fine with me. He had communicated with me prior to the pick up and continued to do so often enough to suit me throughout the process. Victor called me just 2 hours after we got off the plane in Arizona and said he could deliver the cars in about an hour which I was thrilled to hear. Just about an hour later, there was a knock at my door and it was Victor with one of my cars. I drove him back to his truck about a block away and we got the other car and brought it to the house. I then paid Victor and took him back to his truck and shook his hand and thanked him. I was able to return my rental car early and save some money. I would absolutely use Ship-A Car Direct again. Both Jason and Victor were true professionals!!!! Oh, and the price was $1700 which is exactly what was quoted to me. Perfect all around!

Ship a car direct exceeded my expectations. Shipped car from RI to CA in 6 days. Pickup was right in the middle of my pickup window. I was in contact with my point person there from day 1, and they regularly emailed me and called me to make sure things were in order. The shipping company itself was easy to deal with. Would use again. Have recommended them to a friend recently who is doing the same move.

This was my first time shipping my car all the way across the country & I was nervous. My agent at Ship A Car was very patient & understanding, & answered all my questions in a quick & friendly manner. I also really appreciate his honesty with me. My car was picked up on time & even arrived early to its destination safely & undamaged. I know I will be shipping my car in the future, so I will definitely use Ship A Car again!

If you think shipping a car across country is hard your wrong, if you use the right company. My sales Rep. Matt explain to me the advantages of using Ship a Car Direct. They have a number of highly rated trucking companies working for them. They use one driver and one truck to ship your car across country . The driver will be in contact with you and keep you up to date on when your car will be arriving. Your car is insured in case there should be any damage. I was going to take a plane and then drive the car back from IL. to CA . I did some math and factored in food, lodging and fuel and found having the car shipped saved me time and money. This was my first time shipping a car and Ship A Car Direct made this such an reaeasy experience. I worked with Matt, he had awesome customer service, he was very informative, quick to respond and never left me in the dark throughout the process. He assisted me with choosing the best carrier for shipping my vehicle from TX to CA. I didn't pay anything until we confirmed a carrier and when we did I was only required to pay a deposit of $150. My car was picked up when promised and delivered a day earlier than quoted. Matt contacted me afterwards to confirm I received my vehicle in great shape, which I did. With most companies once they have your money you're no longer a concern of theirs. This was not the case with Ship A Car Direct. They have made a lifetime customer out of me, should I ship a vehicle again they will be the fiirst # I dial and/or recommend to my family and friends.
