Once you understood that, a lot of the things that people were freaking out about online became easier to understand - they just didn't understand how the business works. This was a good experience. The contractor picked up my car ontime, dropped it off ontime, no scratches, no weirdness. I would use them again.

This was the first time shipping a car for me, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Ship a Car Direct lived up to their sales pitch on their website, which by the way which was very informative. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and there were no surprises. They maintained regular communication right up to the delivery. They were very professional and I would not hesitate using them again.

Jason was very informative and helpful. The carrier, Techno Auto Carrier was also very prompt and handled the car well. Arrive from FL to TX in 2 days without any damage! Would definitely recommend.

My first time using a shipping service. The car was an antuiqe and I was very un-sure about shipping it from Pampano Beach Florida to Dallas Texas, where I would pick it up and bring it to it's new home in New Mexico. Had it shipped to Dallas because my son lives there. Tom worked with me every step of the way. You would have thought that the car was his, the way he took care of the transportation details! Never have I had someone so interested in making sure that ALL was right with the transaction. The carrier that he chose was, SUPER!!!

If you are looking at vehicle relocation services, Ship a car direct is the way to go! My single point of contact was Dale, who was very proactive, helpful and was available over the phone even during weekends and after hours (as late as 9pm EST). Temo transportation did a fantastic job as well. Vehicle arrived on the day promised with no damage. The driver was very cooperative. Overall, a stress-free experience!
