When I Started with another company I was lied to! As I worked with Ship A Car Direct their representative Matt was on the ball, very accommodating and easy to work with. Should the need ever arise I will go right back to this company. The Driver who dropped off the Car was a gentleman and made the process of taking possession of the car very easy. My husband and I would highly recommend Ship A Car Direct. Their price was reasonable, and they shipped our car from Orlando, FL to Portland, OR in 9 days! They were also able to set up the whole thing for us in just a weeks notice.

We moved from Indy to Houston. The communication and customer service was great! The car arrived in perfect condition and on time. We would definitely use Ship a Car Direct again.

This was the first time I have ever transported a vehicle! I was freaking out about letting someone I don'y know take my car from Florida to Ohio! I researched transport companies for 4 days and Ship a Car Direct kept coming up with great reviews. And they were all correct. Awesome experience from the first phone call until the delivery of my car.They stayed in communication with me the whole time and picked up and delivered on the days they said they would! I would recommend them to my closest friends!

When I bought my new car, I received estimates from several different transport companies. Ship A Car Direct gave me the best price, the customer service is excellent, and not just that, my 2008 Corvette arrived at my house the day and time the driver told me.

Firstly, before deciding on a transporter, I made sure to read a bunch of reviews in preparation for choosing one for my newly purchased 2012 Subaru WRX STI. I am a car guy and I wanted to make sure everything was legit for my new ride. I recommend that everyone considering a transport company make sure they talk to the company and ask as many questions as possible before they make a final decision. I decided on Ship A Car Direct after speaking with multiple companies. I almost went with another more expensive company, but in the end I decided on Ship A Car Direct because they were cheaper and offered the same quality of service based on all the questions I asked. I asked a lot of questions, but I never felt like my contact, Matt, was impatient with me. He was the reason I decided to go with the company. He was honest and kept his word. The car was picked up sooner than I thought it would have been and it was delivered within the time period it would take to travel the 2000 miles the car was being shipped. The truck driver called me when he was a day out and showed up when he said he would the next day. The rate I agreed to was $825: $225 to Ship A Car Direct $600 to my truck driver. I tipped my driver after I inspected the car because he did a good job. Lastly, I was skeptical of all these auto transport companies, but I appreciated the honesty and good communication I got from the Ship A Car Direct representative and from the truck driver. As for the incentive to write this review. I don't really care about it. I am happy to receive $20 for writing a review, but I am writing this because I want those who are searching to read this review and hopefully have a bit of a better understanding about how to choose a company. Remember: the company should be honest, have good communication, not ask for a credit card upfront (ship a car doesn't ask for a card nor charge your card until they assign you a transporter), and be professional. I am a real person. Yes, I am supposed to get $20 for this review, but considering I just spent $825 for the transport, $20 is not really going have much of an effect. As I said, this is for the people who are unsure about which company to choose. -Peace

It was excellent service provided by ship a car direct ,they promised their words and delivered the car 2 days before . their support was great starting from order till shipping of the car till the destination.

Shipped from NY to Florida. Kay, @ Ship - a car direct was wonderful. She co-ordinated everything from the start. Ended up with R&J Transport out of Port Crane, NY. Brad, the driver, was great. Pick-up was on time and the delivery was on time. Car was loaded and unloaded carefully. Would certainly use these people again. It,s a little nerve racking to ship a car, but these people make it a very pleasant experience and you really don,t have to worry about anything. Spend the extra couple of bucks, you'll be glad you did. You get what you pay for !
