Ship a car direct did a terrific job moving our Lexus RX from California to North Carolina. At times a few too many emails came my way if that is possible, but overall I would definitely use them again

Called up and told about my car transportation . Thou I gave very short time, they arranged quickly. I got my car in 2 days unbelievably. Good customer service.

The service was good, but this review for rebate process is really annoying. I have done the reviews twice but was still told I hadn't done on trustpilot. So I checked again and I really have! Below was my orinigal review. Two stars off for this reviewing processing. If you know there are two reviews, why not providing me at the beginning? ---------------- Great Service The price and service were both good. There was some communication problem between me and the carrier driver. He didn't come to our home to pick up the car; instead I drove the car to his carrier, and then he drove me back home. The driver was polite and nice. The car arrived without any problem noticed. The agent from Ship A Car Direct was Stefan, who was a very helpful person showing care. Would have another order if I have a car to ship in future.

I would use this company again in a heart beat. Dale got a shipper despite my constrained timeline on both ends of the shipment. Hit a great driver and my car exactly on timeline

Our car was picked up in Phoenix on a Tuesday and delivered to Michigan by Thursday afternoon!! Amazing service!

I had never shipped a car before and needed one sent to my son in the Navy in San Diego from Indiana. I sent an inquiry via the net and was bombarded by companies wanting to ship at all different rates. I chose Ship a car Direct due to their competitive rate and their ability to communicate every step in the transaction. The delivery went very smooth and I was able to communicate directly with the driver each day of the trip for an update. Delivery took 3 days from pickup. The car arrived dirty but in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend these guys to ship a car and Jason in particular. Kirk MIller
