Everything was PERFECT and prompt with scheduling, pickup and delivery. I was very, very satisfied. It was my first time shipping a car and my car was only a few months old, so was somewhat nervous about it. The staff at Ship A Car Direct was extremely helpful and supportive throughout every step of the process. The drivers with U.S. Auto Transport were also very accommodating, careful and comforting. First time shipping from winter home in Florida to Boston. After researching all the online sites, grew apprehensive about pickup, delivery and cost. My fears were eliminated with the communications via email and phone from Kay at Ship A Car Direct. They have everything in order from beginning to end via their excellent email notification system, including reminders about when to sign before or after delivery. Well done ! The carrier that was chosen was also excellent including our driver from GB Car Hauler, Julio. On time, easy pickup and delivery. Highly recommend and will use again .

My car was picked up early which was fantastic! From SF to Florida in 5 days was amazing because in the past it was usually 1-2 weeks. Great service and very communicative!

Matt and Gustavo did an excellent job in terms of communication and service delivery. My car was shipped from Miami on time and arrived in LA on the stated day without incident. I will most certainly use Ship A Car Direct again for my car transportation needs in the future.
