great experience. Delivery and pick up at times convenient for me

My experience with Ship A Car Direct was outstanding. I was impressed by everything from their straight-forward communication (no double talk or vague promises) to their unbelievable customer service. Gaby made sure that I had everything I needed to make an informed decision upfront and was in touch with me regularly through assignment, pick up and delivery. My daughter's new 2015 Fit was shipped from the Chicago area to Palm Springs with no problem whatsoever. It was a great experience and I will recommend them strongly to others.

This was my first time having to ship a vehicle, and I was a little nervous, but it actually went very smoothly and my 2012 Audi TTS was delivered without a hitch- or a scratch. They even met my somewhat-special timeline request. I shipped my car from Cleveland, OH to San Diego, CA. I needed a pick up no later than May 10, but I could not take delivery of the car until after May 22. Even though the car made the transit in less than 7 days, they held onto it and delivered it on the 23rd. Overall, a very good experience.

I had an SUV shipped from New Jersey to Sacramento via this company and the whole experience was great for me. Matt assured me of the reliability of the transport companies that they select. The SUV arrived in just 7 days and in great condition. I had peace of mind the whole time.

I analyze things to death because I'm a scientist. So not surprising I took a long period of time deciding on how to transport a car from Nevada to Colorado. I mean, really, if you read the negative comments, it's a wonder that anyone ships a car!!!. Eventually I just trusted the overall ratings on this review site and chose Ship a Car Direct based on ratings and cost. The quote given to me $675.00 ($225 brokers fee and $450 cash transport fee) was what I paid - no other hidden fees. Watch out for those fees. After reading the fine print on the other carrier I was considering I noticed a $30.00 fee for paying the broker fee by credit card! No deposits were charged, and the broker's fee was not collected until a transporter had been secured. Jason - my contact by email - was punctual in responding to my email enquiries, and Exile Transport (Vincent) was excellent - in spite of its name! Exile is out of Kansas City, and was very flexible on determining a pickup time. Vincent called me a few hours before delivery to determine a drop-off time.
