With all the little details for a cross country move to worry about, it's nice to have a company behind you to worry about the big details - like making sure your car is picked up in a timely manner. With Ship A Car Direct, they made it easy and stress free. My car was picked up by a wonderful company, delivered in excellent condition. This was the third time I used them and although I hope I never have to move again, it's nice to know they're there if I do. Thank you.

Outstanding service. Had my 08 Jeep shipped from Washington State to North Carolina. These guys planned it all out, coordinated with me through it all, and managed to get it to me 5 days earlier than anticipated. Will definitely be using them again!

An impressively organized company, which selects only the most trusted and reliable transport services as well as anticipating potential problems e.g. damage to the vehicle during transport (they provide an App), schedule arrangements etc.

Great experience! I have shipped cars multiple times around the country. By far, this move from LA to NYC was the smoothest. Ship a car direct kept in touch with me regularly especially during the process of securing the transport company which can be very stressful when having to arrange all the other things associated with a long distance move. Their app to record photos before and after is very helpful. Even prior to the pick up day, the person who handles claims, just in case there is damage (there was none) was in touch with me. I know from experience (with a different company) that the contact info. of the claims person is important to have and other companies are not forthcoming with that info. Again, great experience with Ship A Car Direct from start to finish!!!

Don't use this company ever!!! I made reservations 3 weeks ahead of time, and I gave them 4days window as well. By the end of window day, they couldn't find a carrier, so I had to postpone my whole trip plan!! Eventually, I had to cancel my order with this company and find another company in last minute! I chose this company because I was deceived by 5 star reviews, I think this company buying people to write good reviews.

Great experience and will use again in future. Car was just the way we left it. Driver was professional and delivered on exact day we need car. Very happy with everything.
