A completely smooth experience from start to finish. Even when my primary contact was on vacation, there was a back up person that reached out to me by phone to keep the communication going. They picked up and dropped off on agreed upon and dates and were very flexible to work with. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. If I need my car moved again, I would not hesitate to come back.

Don’t have any complaints. Lottie was so helpful and nice. Everything was explained up front and she handled everything for me. Even after a glitch when the first driver went to pick up the car, the car wouldn’t start so we had to start over. Lottie was still so kinds and professional. My car was picked up on an agreed date and delivered the next day. The driver , Oleg, was very courteous I would definitely use them again

Once the decision was made, there were periodic reports provided to ensure that the requested pickup date was on track. This included personal phone calls, as well as electronic communication, which made this experience a personal one and not just a business deal.
