The product has worked very well and lived up to expectations. The app is easy to use and is being upgraded with more options and functions in a reasonable amount of time. Overall this is a good product I would recommend to anyone who asked.

I love my shine bathroom cleaner! I have 3 toilets and cleaned them all on the same day. 2 weeks later I had to clean the 2 without the shine because a ring was starting in the bowls but the toilet with the shine was totally clean! Amazing! It’s easy to set up and easy to use!

Works great, easy to install and very helpful and responsive support team.

Update: Unfortunately, they stopped working. They replaced 2, but then didn't adjust the timing of the spray so it sprays before the bowl finishes filling and gets washed away, so the toilet gets mildew and still needs to be cleaned. The only one that is spraying after the bowl fills has a different problem. It does not go into power save mode and I have to charge every other day. Battery was supposed to last 6 months. It doesn't last 6 months on any of them, but at least the other two I only have to charge once a month, but all the good they do because they spray too soon. Customer service was supposed to get back to me on the battery issue and adjusting the spray, but that never happened. Unfortunately, it's now past the 90 days after waiting all this time to get them fixed, and now I won't be eligible for a refund. I was holding on thinking they were going to fix. I received my Shine Bathroom Assistant and so far, I am thrilled with it. I connected it and had it working in less than 5 minutes. It was so simple. After I set it up, I asked support a few questions and they responded in a matter of minutes. Great customer service just adds to the excellence of the product. This is going to save me from replacing many flush seal valves that are deteriorated from using bleach blocks in the tank. Plus no longer having to deal with the smell of bleach which is not healthy for people or pets. I actually just ordered two more units for my other bathrooms. The app is awesome too and even gives details on water usage. I can't wait until the Alexa integration is ready. Oh, and to add, it's a great conversation piece when a guest uses the bathroom!

The two Shine units I have work great. They make a noticeable difference in the two bathrooms they are in. The first took some calibration and battery life improved after the calibration.

Terrible customer service. They charged my credit card but never processed an order. I called them 4 months later and has to send them a copy of my credit card bill to prove they charged me for a product they never sent me. I explicitly asked them not to ship the item until they answered some questions. They shipped the item anyway and didn’t answer my questions.

Great experience! Setup was fast and easy. The product works as described and expected. Customer support is top-notch! I haven't had it installed long enough to determine the efficacy of the actual cleaning, but so far, it works great! I have a pressurized dual-flush toilet with a nice bidet installed on top. I was concerned that installation would at least be more complex due to my setup and at worst not work well. On the contrary - all is great! The unit triggers on a flush and not on bidet use; just like I would expect. I presume new features will come with firmware and app updates, but at least for now, I am happy with what finally arrived at my home after a long pre-order wait ;-)
