So, though the wait to get my units (group 6) was a bit long it was exactly when they said I'd get my units. Once I got them installation of my 4 units was extremely easy. All 4 units are up and running after about an hour with no issues so far. I think texted Shine support this morning and they activated my shine unlimited right away and I was able to order new pods through the app on my iPhone with no issues.

We placed our order OVER a year ago , have not received anything and it really burns me up that there is no customer service number on the website. When I read these reviews and see that some people have received their orders and have placed the order in this same calendar year it really makes me wonder just how unorganized this company must be. They can advertise but not actually get the units to the people. Maybe they should reallocate where they’re spending the money they’re making.

After a year, my three Shines arrived. None work. The agent agreed. She says they are redesigning the spray bar and readily agreed to refund me…but the refund has not come and my phone calls and emails are ignored. I am amazed at the obvious failure of the product and disgusted at the company’s failure to deliver the promised refund. A scam? Shine has replied saying they are expediting my refund, but, given their long history of broken promises, I have little faith. I paid via PayPal using a credit card, so I fail to understand why a refund has not been initiated after 24 days. IF I get a refund, I will update this, but don’t hold your breath. I have also lodged a Better Business Bureau complaint and encourage others in a similar situation to be proactive. Update: After a month and intense pressure, my refund finally arrived. This was one of the most problematic purchasing transactions I have ever experienced...an ordeal of well over a year for a product that was fatally flawed. If you have an oval toilet bowl, be aware that it will only spray part way round. Not sure how it can work on any toilet bowl because it will not spray under the rim.

I received 2 of these and one broke less than a week into it. I also noted that a lot of what was promised to work with this product says,” coming soon.“ I went to the Facebook group that is invite-only from Shine and tried to get help. Apparently Shine doesn't like you saying negative things about them. They deleted my post within an hour and kicked me out of the group. I initially gave this a one star review, but ended up finally speaking with somebody from customer support that actually cared. She was able to help me with my problem, order new parts, and assure me that they are doing everything they can to make sure their customers have a good experience. I am now updating the review to a three star, but I’m still apprehensive about getting my hopes up. Update: I can no longer order replacement pods. Nobody answers phone calls or emails. Pretty sure they went out of business. If not, they sure deserve to. Have updated to 1 star. They don’t deserve that much.

I ordered June of 2021. I received an email that I'd receive my order September 2021. When October 1 rolled around and it still had not shipped, I reached out to the company via the email provided on their website. I also found something on their site saying it was helpful to verify your shipping address, which I did. Shine's customer support guy (I believe his name was Wes) got back to me within a few hours to apologize for the delay and got me setup for shipment in 5 business days (I think it may have been 3-5 days actually). Anyway, it is October 11 and I just received my shipment today, complete with mounting brackets. I have only set up 1 out of 3 devices but so far I'm very impressed!!! Took a little trouble shooting with the hose bracket thing, but figured it out fairly easily. Thanks Shine!

So far, this product has been pretty incredible. With a Oneplus 9 phone, the app download setup was seamless and easy. The instructions were pretty straight forward with setting up the unit and placement of the spraybar. I wish it had come with more 3M sticky tape or another way to attach it to the toilet. I've had it about 1-1/2 weeks and it has kept my toilet spotless. By now I would definitely be seeing a build up and haven't seen a single thing. We have two people sharing a toilet and I also have a bidet attachment with a hot water tank that does not interfere with the unit. I love that it doesn't harm the enviroment with cleaning and that I don't have to scrub the toilet (at least not yet!) which is the chore I hate the most. It's amazing.

I ordered four units over a year ago, have not received the items and have had no correspondence concerning this after contacting the company twice.

As a customer with three Shine units, I can say that they produce outcomes that are advertised. Because of the outcomes, I have ordered two more units. They are easy to use and set up.
