Do not waste your money on this. My machine stopped working after three months. Then, they told me that I had to charge it but there is not an input on the machine to charge it. After I purchased the system that took 7 months to get, they also charged me another $99.00 that they claim is a subscription for unlimited pods which I have not received.

Was told yesterday by their customer service that the engineers are still working on the functionality of using Shine with Alexa even though they are marketing the functionality now. No ETA on when it will be working. As far as functionality, it works when you flush your toilet. It will take time to see if the results are what they advertise. This product needs more time to develop and will over over-the-air updates. Disappointed but pleased so far.

I've had this device for about 5 weeks now. I won't say my toilet bowl is *spotless* after that amount of time, but it's pretty darn close. There's a little bit of buildup from hard water or something that I'll probably have to scrub off eventually, but other than that you'd think I'd cleaned it yesterday. I love this thing so far. I'm a big fan of toilet gadgets and this is getting added to my "must have" list right up there with the bidet and squatty potty. I'm probably going to buy my mom a Shine for Christmas.

A wonderful idea that has been successfully implemented and is continuously being improved. We have three of these in our house, one for each bathroom toilet. It is so easy to keep the toilet clean!

Setup was a breeze and it worked right out of the box. My Unlimited subscription hadn’t been activated; one email and was resolved within 24 hours.

I received my Shine approximately 6 weeks ago. I did not know what to expect except that it looked like a product of the future. I am very happy with it so far. There was a little learning curve to set it up. The customer service team was there when I needed the help. The app is still going through growing pains but it is certainly functional enough to monitor and maintain the Shine. I sometimes wait for the water to fill in the bowl just to see the light come on and hear the spray. The big benefit is not only not having to clean the bowl but Shine leaves a clean smell to the toilet. I am planning on buying another in the near future for my second bathroom.

I received my order in a very reasonable time based on the estimate I was given for shipment. The products were easy to set up and install and began working as advertised. Areas for small improvements are ones the company is already working on: software enhancements and tweaks for sprayer mounting options on different size/shape bowls. I also would like to see a smaller form factor in the unit someday - maybe by tying into the water supply line as an option, though I know many people would not want to modify plumbing. Maybe a smaller option that requires more frequent fills? Just a thought. In any event I LOVE it so much and am willing to work with the company over time to see improvements!
