I have been using the Shine Bathroom Assistant for about 2 weeks. These are my initial findings. 1. Very easy set up. No tools required. 2. Attractive and clean appearance. 3. The dreaded black water line of bacterial growth hasn't come back since implementing Shine. It works very, very well as intended. 4. Battery life appears to be very short. I had to recharge it after 5 days of use. Perhaps after several charges, this will improve. Overall, I'm very happy with this and would have given it 5 stars if the the battery charge would hold longer than a week.

Horrible. Waited a long time to get the unit and it's a pain go setup and doesnt really clean much. I'm still using all toilet bowl cleaners as before. What's worse is their support. In their facebook group they stated that the electrolysis process is dangerous and can cause harm and even be deadly if mixed with other chemicals and when asked to elaborate they kicked me out of their Facebook group. Many others get kicked out too for asking questions. Avoid!

Clean toilets for all! This should be in EVERY household! If you are wondering, should I buy this? Will it really do what they say? Is it worth it? Yes, yes, a thousand times yes! Get it for every toilet in your home. Product customer service is great, in fact it is the best I have ever encountered. I don’t often write reviews, but this product deserves to have more people know about how well it works. Among other things, I have a roomba vacuum, and thought wow this’ll make my life easier. It did to a point, but it still requires a lot of user interaction. Same for many other “automated” things I have purchased. But none have been easier to set up, maintain, or operate more effectively than the Shine Bathroom assistant. I hate cleaning, and don’t have the time for it. I have used Clorox tablets in my toilet tanks for years out of necessity (various black and pink molds growing in just days). And because of the Clorox tablets, I have to replace the rubber seals frequently. If I don’t catch it in time the failed rubber seals leak, and I only realize it as my water bill creeps higher and higher. This solves BOTH problems. My seals don’t degrade, and if for some reason there is a leak I am now notified. No more unexpectedly high water bills. The leak detection feature by itself is great. The fact that it keeps my toilets clean and fresh is just amazing!!! I can’t wait to see what this company does next, I’m all in!

I believe that any product that can make our life easier (and less harmful) is worth creating. I am so glad that there is finally a product on the market that was designed to be user friendly, not contain harmful chemicals and helps keep the toilet clean without having to scrub every couple days. I also like that there is the feature of monitoring water usage and detecting leaks. It's like a toilet genie! As with any new product, I expect there to be glitches. I do wish there was an elongated toilet bowl spray bar and a command strip style clip for the spray bar so it can be removed easily. My clip broke and I currently have tape holding the hose so that the spray bar can sit at a lower angle and it can spray correctly. Other than that, so far so good. It does as advertised, all my issues have been addressed fairly quickly and customer service has been great.

Cleaning the toilet is my least favorite chore....and Shine Bathroom has changed my life! Love the product and the support has been outstanding.

I have had Shine for a little more than 2 months. It was easy to set up and install. It worked as described in the documentation. I have two bathrooms and both of the machines have been cleaning well. The shipping process needs a little work. I ordered and it took nearly 3 weeks to get to me and I had to contact Shine and request a tracking number. The product itself is excellent!

The Shine Assistant is a great concept however, it still has a couple of quirks to get fixed. The installation went well, however after a couple of days the battery died, whilst it is supposed to last up to 6 months. After recharging the battery, I noticed that the spray was premature, and executed before the flush was over. I attempted to "reset" the unit before it would not connect at all anymore. I turned off the unit and contacted customer service. Their team is top-notch. They made an appointment via Zoom, and they decided to replace the unit. My 2nd unit then began to do the same thing, and after recontacting customer service, it turns out my phone was too recent for the app. One unit was reset however, the battery still only last a couple of days.

I’ve had this for about a month and half, so far, I love it! I thoroughly cleaned prior to installation, and today, it’s still as clean as the the day I installed shine! Great product, have already recommended it to multiple people!
