We are new using Shine bathroom and we are LOVING it, toilets are clean and I have more time for me!

It's simple. Ten minutes six months ago removed my concerns that the toilet looks dirty or needs to be cleaned. Simple to setup. Simple to maintain. Pods show up when needed. Simply clean -- no smells or fake colors. It works.

After a quite a bit of wait, we finally got our 2 units about 2 months ago. It was easy to set up, and after a tweak with live video chat, we were up and going. We actually have 2 1/2 bathrooms, so we installed ours in the 1/2 bath downstairs and one in master bathroom, as the guest bathroom is hardly used. So it has been interesting, the 2 bathrooms installed with shone have hardly needed a clean, but the guest bathroom gets yucky even though hardly used. Probably need to order one for it;) I highly recommend use of Shine and have been raving about it to all family and friends. Between the roomba and the pods, who needs a maid!

Outstanding customer service, without question! This product is by far worth every penny. Our bathroom is always smelling amazing and our commode is clean all the time. Cannot speak highly enough

Waited 9 months for this little toilet cleaner, but it really works. I have had to charge it twice a week so far. It requires a special sized charger that is not sold with it; luckily I had one that came with my CPAP sanitizer. Maybe they will include the charger in future purchases.

EDIT 1/27/2022 I was solicited to write a review from Shine right after I had a successful tech support call so I wrote an honest/good review a few months ago. Since then, things have gotten much worse. In mid December I started experience an issue where the device would spray randomly...annoying, especially if it happened to spray on me. From the Shine-moderated Facebook group it seemed apparent that this was a common issue many were experiencing and a fix was promised through the software. But nothing else was said. I contacted support three times and received automated responses, but never a real response from a real person. Now one of my devices has stopped spraying altogether, although it registers a spray. I'd also heard of this issue happening in the Facebook group. I submitted an email. Auto response directed me to chat. Chat directed me to submit a request which sent an auto response directing me to chat. The Facebook group won't approve my post asking for help. And then I returned here to Trustpilot and found what everyone was saying about impending bankruptcy and lack of support. Extremely frustrating, expensive (~$400) mistake supporting a company that couldn't deliver. If the device had been made mechanical first, with buttons to control making cleaner and flush calibration, at least the devices would have the potential to work. But since it's attached to an app, the investment, time, and effort is going to be flushed down the drain. ORIGINAL REVIEW NOVEMBER 2021 The product is well made and it's a great idea. There are still some bugs in the app and the hardware so it doesn't work perfectly but the customer support team is working hard to help with issues. Any issues are communicated about promptly and even if there's not a perfect resolution right away, the team acknowledges and tries to address it. I'd love to see this functionality built into a bidet seat for even better positioning!

I love that my assistants keep my toilets clean. I initially ordered two. One leaked into the battery part so Shine told me to quit using and promptly sent me a replacement. Then new one works perfectly. Same with orders for pods. They have arrived promptly. I’m so glad I ordered these. Thanks Shine!
