Shine BathroomReviews of shinebathroom.com

We are very pleased with our Shine, the ease of installation coupled with the effectiveness of its cleaning is great. We are also very pleased with the customer service, very responsive and helpful. I wish more companies had Such service.

I preordered my Shine assistant a couple months ago, knowing I would not receive it for a while. However, the team beat their prediction of my delivery date by several weeks which was very much appreciated. I have been using my assistant for about a week now, and overall it’s been a very good experience. There have been a couple hiccups here and there but nothing really major. I had a battery drainage issue, but a coupe factory resets fixed that issue and I had an issue connecting ti my wifi network after one of the resets, but that has also been resolved. The only outstanding issues I have are that the sensor sometimes will sense a “flush” when I turn on my shower and my adhesive clip broke after taking off the spray bar two times. However, even with these issues the experience has been a very good one. There are still more features that need to be integrated into the app, but I had those expectation going in since I know this is still a product in development. I think the team has done a great job, and when I need help it has been fairly easy to connect with somebody.

Product works. Within a week it removed mineral stains that I had not been able to remove in years. I had a little trouble with the software but was able to resolve with some help from customer service.

Excellent in every way! I first ordered a Shine bathroom assistant when in first production, and patiently waited. All through that first runs, and covid challenges, the Shine team kept in touch to let me know what was happening and expected timelines. I then received my SBA, and set up was super easy, I downloaded the app, went through the set up and voila! Off and running. I liked it so much I bought one for my spare bathroom and another for a Christmas present for a friend. They really work. I have hard water and it stops the ring forming from that. And also they are fun, love hearing that spray after flushing, and always a talking point with friends. Anytime I have had a question, the support team has responded really quickly, some of the best customer support out there. I highly recommend the product to anyone. You will not be dissapointed.

Shine Bathroom provided an innovative solution for keeping your toilet clean. The options for mounts had some hick-ups, however customer service was excellent and is what a good company strives to be! I am happy to recommend this solution to my friends and family.

I was skeptical at first thinking it would be another of those products that promises the world but fails to live up to expectations. Happy to say I was wrong. It works like a charm. Toilet stays nice a clean with a simple spray after each flush. A breeze to setup and refill and the App is convenient and easy to use. They continue to develop that App and add new features which is a bonus as the product gets a little better with each update. Highly recommend.

I still have 97 flushes left since my set up so have that much experience, so far.... Seems to be working fine! My spray head is mounted center rear. I had to use my 2.5 WiFi speed as the Shine is on the other side of the house. Wire and hose lengths were just right for my chosen spot with Shine on top of my toilet tank! Looks like I use more water than I imagined and will have to look to reduce that!

I was very impressed with the packaging, the app, and the ease of installation. No tools required. The device senses a flush, then sprays an amount I can adjust with the app. It seems to help keep the bowel shiny clean, but I am within the first 14 days of use, so will see if it stands the test of time.
