I have 4 shine units. I have been pretty satisfied with them thus far. I know there are issues that will need to be addressed as time goes on, but for the most part I think they work pretty well. I have signed up for the unlimited replacement pods which works well for me as two of my units are used quite a bit and need to be refilled often. Customer service has been excellent and response time to questions is very quick. I look forward to continuing to see how this product evolves as time goes on.

The Shine equipment and app are so far working as they should. I have submitted to Shine what I think should be added or changed, but overall their product is doing exactly what they said it would.

I was ripped off by this company. Paid them ~$250 at this time last year for 2 units and they’ve never delivered them (they said they’d ship in November). I understand delays but it’s been close to a year! I’ve tried contacting them and haven’t received any response. Would give them zero stars if I could.

The Assistant was super easy to set up. The android app connected perfectly. After setting up the Assistant I was hesitant... wondering HOW this was going to clean my toilet. I am shocked... it works amazing! I live with a husband and teenage boy and it keeps up great! I signed up for the unlimited pods and TP. TP was here in like a couple days... ordered pods and a holder 11/21... shipment info received 11/23.... still not received and its 12/12. If you need to contact shine I highly recommend their online chat option. They are super friendly, knowledgeable and gets things fixed right away. While chatting with them I got immediate shipping notification! Their app is getting better with each update, but functions really well.

This is a great premise if it worked continuously. I have had nothing but problems. I have decided it is not worth the aggravations, between the units not holding a charge, the sensor not detecting flush’s and going off for no reason. I am being told I have to return them at my expense and because I opened the boxes I will be charged a 15% open box fee. 1 why would I keep something that doesn’t work. 2 the only way I would know they don’t work is if I opened the box. I have tried to speak customer service numerous times but either my video chats get canceled or no one gets back to me. I do not recommend this product.

The shine bathroom assistant keeps my bathroom cleaner for longer. Easy set up and a great app. This takes my least favorite cleaning job off the list. 100% will buy again

Battery is decreasing about 20% per day. It is reporting water usage of tens of gallons per day on a toilet that was flushed about 5 times and uses about 1.6 gallons per flush. The spray doesn't nearly cover the entire bowl (I'm not sure if it is supposed to - is it enough just to add electrolyzed water to the bowl or does it actually need to spray the bowl). I've had e-mails into customer service for several weeks that have gone unanswered. I shouldn't need to connect to wifi and allow it to have access to my location information just to clean my toilet - there should be a way to turn off the bells and whistles and just use it to clean the toilet.
