Shine BathroomReviews of shinebathroom.com

Shine Bathroom has a great concept--keep the toilet cleaner by automatically spraying a cleaning solution after each flush. I have three units, and the installation took a bit to get fine-tuned. I did require tech support to get everything connected and working properly. While the units have been in a short time, it does appear to eliminate the ring inside the toilet. It won't eliminate all cleaning of the toilet, but it makes cleaning the inside much easier and quicker. I would definitely recommend.

I couldn’t set up the devise. I have tried like 20 times and nothing. I sent 10 MSM asking for help and nothing. I wrote 3 emails and…….. NOTHING. I got a message that it says Unable to Connect…….. I checked several times all features that I suppose to have ready to connect the device and NOTHING. I THINK I GOT ROBBED….

There are various customer service related issues people complain about if you look for reviews on Facebook, etc. But I would overlook a lot if it actually cleaned the toilet. It does not. You need to calibrate it so it recognizes when the toilet flushes. I was never able to do that, so my unit would spray multiple "extra" times during the day (and night). So... you would think my toilet would be very clean - and if it had been, I would have kept the unit and worked on calibration--but it simply does not clean the toilet.

To test the ability of this bathroom assistant, I left the toilet alone for 6 weeks prior to its arrival. The bowl was dirty with some mildew starting to form along the waterline. It would make an effective test of the assistant. Within two days the bowl was noticeably brighter, and after 4 days the mildew was completely gone. It cannot clean the passages under the rim of the toilet, where the mildew begins to form, so, perhaps there is some way in the future to integrate the technology into the tank, but it delivers what it promises. This will greatly reduce my having to do an annoying and hated task, and I am nearly as happy with this as my robot vacuum! I am also appreciative of the reduced impact of harsh chemicals and water pollution on the environment, and in the air quality of my home. Great product!

Great product!! I am very pleased with my new Shine. After just a few weeks of use, I have found that everything is cleaner. I was skeptical, but hard water stains are going away and it overall stays cleaner. Much less work for me. My only issue is that you have to charge the battery and it doesn’t come with the cord to charge it. For the price, everything should be included!

Overall I'm very impressed with the Shine Bathroom Assistant. I was skeptical at first, but it really does what it says! Wouldn't want to be without it now!

My experience with shine has been amazing. I preordered the product and while there was a delay who doesn’t have one right now due to supply chain issues ? I’m most excited about the results: there was a noticeable difference overnight and I keep seeing a difference daily, I had moved into a new place and the toilets and that coating that you just can’t get off but shine is doing it and I can’t wait to see how clean it is when it’s done. I got the unlimited pods package for the year and it’s worth it for sure,

1) you have to have iOS to setup, tried 3 generations of android devices, had to use a friend's iPad 2) will detect sink/bidet or any nearby water usage as a flush 3) cannot manually trigger a cleaning cycle or disable cleaning (to prevent false positive cleaning cycles) 4) cannot calibrate flush detection after device is setup 5) attempted to contact support with no reply other than a mass text saying to try again through the website In summary save your money and don't buy this product, honestly I would have been better off building my own toilet cleaner dispenser from scratch, including an app to control it.
