Shine BathroomReviews of shinebathroom.com

Product arrived after a bit of a wait due to production, Covid and what not. We have been very happy with this product. It has definitely cut down on cleaning in the bathroom. Simple to unbox, identify parts and get started. App was easy to download and it gave detailed instructions on how to set up unit. Customer service is exceptional wether it be email, or social media. Only a few minor issues battery drain was a big problem(did factory reset, seems to be better) spraying before flushing and it would have been nice to include a charging cable. Would recommend this product and look forward to using it far into the future.

It was a real hassle to have it all set up and the reason being is because of Bluetooth compatibility on the galaxy phones. Once I got past that hurdle on a video chat the experience has been phenomenal.

I love my shine bathroom assistant. I initially ordered one to try out and I loved it so much that I ordered two more for my other toilets!

I got mine a week ago and had no problems setting it up. It's too soon to know how well it's keeping the toilet clean -- I'll have to report back in a month or so. I did have an issue when I removed the battery to charge it. I had already filled the container with water and solution and used it for a couple days. When I lifted the unit up to be able to remove the battery, I accidentally tipped it over and all the water and solution spilled onto the floor. Suggestion -- put a lid on the top of the container that latches instead of the loose cap that goes on top.

I had a lot of startup issues, but eventually got them ironed out via customer support. There are still a few glitches, but I am trying my best to resolve them. It would be nice if more settings were available through the app. In the long run, I'd like to get two more units. It's a great idea.

Great product. I love it. My toilet stays cleaner than it ever has with very little effort! I think this company has a good thing going here and I'm sure they will do well. Great communication with customer service also.

I own two units. I got the first one through Indiegogo and after that worked so well, got the second. The units have worked flawlessly and have done a great job of keeping my two toilets clean. We have hard water so I use three cleaning pods on each unit every time I do a refresh. Initially, I had some issues with the app, getting the units to start a new electrolysis cycle, but the Shine team has updated app and it is much easier to use now. Bottom line, if I had more than two toilets, I would buy a shine unit for each one.

I have two Shine units and the one in the master bath seems to need recharging an awful lot. I have had these around a month, and the setup was pretty challeging until I finally got someone from Shine on the phone to assist. (from the Phillipines!) The app needs to have more diagnostics and information that the unit is connected and working, as well as integration with Smartthings and Alexa. I will wait and see for inprovements, but the cleaning action seems to be working.
