First off, it took over 10 months from the time I ordered to the time I received the package. I understand Covid and production of 20,000 + orders took time. Second, I installed everything as instructed. At first, I left the toilet dirty thinking it the device would clean it over time. It didn't. It got worse, so I increased the cleaning pods solution to the max recommendation of 3 pods on the next fill. Still no improvement, so I cleaned the the toilet thinking it would stay clean. That didn't happen either. The toilet still got dirty. Third, I was disappointed that I have to keep buying cleaning pods solution as it is not ever mentioned in the ads. The ads made it seem like all I need was water and the unit would do the rest. Forth, It does not connect to Alexa at all. I can't even have it clean from the app. It only spays the toilet when the toilet is flushed.

Doesn't really "clean" all that well...at least with country water but I do have to clean myself less often. Support is very slow to reply...and set up has been an issue both times when I installed both units. And it appears they are going out of business? Got a creditor notice so I didn't event try to return them....

I had no problems with this product from day 1. It seems like the company will not be around. I tried to get more cleaning pods, no responce from company as well as the help desk. Unfortunately it seems that they will be going out of business.

Lack of responsiveness from customer service department. I opened several tickets due to issues with the product and never got a reply. Also, I tried calling the number for Shine Bathroom Customer Support but it always goes to an answering machine. PS the message still refers to the "Busy Holiday Season" so they are not really checking the messages since they haven't updated the greeting in months!

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Never responded to over 10 emails, 10 voicemails. Never responded to twitter DM. App never working and chat never available. Had to dispute charges with credit card company.

They were a bunch of junk!! I bought them for my son for Christmas and he said they were complete rubbish. I returned them. I have since gotten notice of a class action lawsuit!!

Non responsive to my simple questions sent to customer service.

The product is well made but it doesn’t clean my toilet. Hard water stains continue to return which was the reason we bought this product as we are on Septic and are limited by chemicals we can put down the toilet. The battery on one of the units only lasts a month (nowhere near to the 6 advertised) and then I saw how much the Pods cost without a subscription, $50 I believe for a pack of 12. I have to use three pods at a time to run it a full strength so I go through them quickly which now makes this a very expensive option that doesn’t really help us out any. It was worth a shot, it’s a great idea but the formula needs to be stronger and the Pods considerably cheaper to keep me as a customer.
