I had some trouble with battery life on the first unit I owned. I liked the idea so much I ordered a second unit anyway, and it worked fine. After several communications including a video chat, I got someone on the phone who sent me a replacement unit for the first one and it has worked fine. I do think the units should ship with a charger and cable due to the ridiculous requirement to have an antique charger and a modern cable connector on the unit.

I think the shine helps keep the toilet clean, but not as much as I expected.

Product arrived damaged and would not connect to Wifi. I sent 5 emails to the company explaining the problem and they never responded. Each time I tried to call or chat, they said they were unavailable. Worst product and customer service ever. Don't waste your money.

Great customer service

Your product is total garbage. There is no backup support and they don't work. I have recommended to all my relatives not to buy your product. Very disappointing

Terrible customer service. Can't reach anybody. I think they are bankrupt, out of business. Promised free pods and never sent them. Sorry I wasted my money.

I had a rough start with the three units I purchased and had to have all three of them replaced. The replacement units are working but the battery life is no where near six months as stated in the ads. If I’m lucky I’ll get 2-3 weeks out of each battery before having to recharge. I’ve also noticed that I still need to clean mt toilets at least once a month as they still get build up.

Worked well, but company has gone out of business, so I wasted my money on 5 units and now can’t get supplies or support.
