After waiting a year I finally received the product. I had also ordered shine unlimited, which was activated six months prior to receiving my shine. My membership then appeared to be cancelled three months later, and I am no longer able to order pods. I wrote to customer service and never received a response.

I literally have to assume that anyone giving this product/ company more than 1 star is related to an employee. It's hard to say which is worse, the product or the customer service. I ordered the device (which didn't work), scheduled a virtual session to troubleshoot (first availability was weeks out), and the morning of the much anticipated troubleshooting session, they cancelled on me and sent me videos to watch on my own. I asked for a refund and they told me they were going to deploy a bug fix to my device and to wait until it was fixed. I thought that was fair. After a week or so of the product still not working, I reached back out to support. I've sent a handful of emails and messages on their chatbot and have gotten no responses. I ended up throwing it away because it was just collecting dust and getting in the way when I actually had to clean my toilet. Based on other reviews, I can tell that my experience was far from unique. Save your money, don't get this trash.

Bought two: never received the units. Joined the toilet paper subscription: Only received one shipment. Website is gone. No response from company not good.

Ordered 2 units 2 years ago. Never received anything. Got a couple of emails saying we were in line, but, well, I think we just flushed $200 down the toilet

Support is nonexistent. Their phone number is a busy signal. Their bot shuts down when you ask to speak to a live person. Nobody answers their emails. I ordered a replacement solution through the app which never came. Are they even still in business?

I've reached out to Shine twice about their cleaning device not cleaning properly. Both times I have received an email response telling me that my issue has been resolved. I just double checked the toilet, figuring maybe a magical Shine customer service fairy had been dispatched to my bathroom to properly clean my toilet without my knowledge - NO MY ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED SHINE! This was a costly device, it took months and months longer to arrive than was promised, it was delayed three times. To pay the money upfront, patiently await for its arrival, and then be ghosted by customer service when there is an issue leaves a bad taste in one's mouth. I'm disappointed,to say the least.

I have had numerous issues including a new BA sent to me because the first one shorted out. I still have had issues with the charge not lasting and the BA randomly blinking lights when the toilet has not been recently flushed. Customer Service is afraid to answer the phone, instead you are directed to deal with a Bot which is pointless. I have left a variety of voicemail messages and emails-no response. In mid Feb. I received an email that looked like their creditors were getting in the picture.

I own 2. The 2nd one I received actually had its tubing crimped internally and didn't work until I took it apart and uncrimped it. I also wrapped stiff tape around the tubing to make sure it didn't crimp again. It has worked great since. Support never responded to my ticket. Growing pains. I get it. Great idea and product.
