It was a pleasure dealing with Lynn McCann. She helped us through every question we had. We are very senior citizens and not very tech savvy. She made us feel comfortable right from the start.

Laura Miller was very friendly and helpful to me. She took the time to listen to what I needed and ask good questions to make sure I was getting the instructions for the shed that I needed. I appreciated her level of professionalism and commitment to her customers.

During the parts inventory three parts were identified as missing. This was disappointing I must admit. The great part was the customer service I received in reporting this discrepency. Per instruction I requested how to obtain these parts. Laura M responded with the information she needed. Being impatient I requested status along the way. Each time she was prompt in her replies, courteous and seemed to genuinely want to help. Today I received my missing parts as promised.

The Rep Lee Ann was excellent.Answwered all my questions and was very polite.
