Upon discovering a problem with my Shelter Logic product, I spoke with Martine, a C.S.R. She allowed me to e,mail her with all photos and documentation which she forwarded to the warranty department. Within four days I had a reply and was notified that a replacement part was being shipped. If all C.S.R's were as caring and helpful as Martine, consumer confidence would be at an all time high! Thank you for you assistance Martine.

Although the item we purchased was received damaged, the professional, courteous, and efficient customer service we received from Patsi Pillado, Customer Service Representative, could not have been more pleasant. Needed reacement parts for a shed that's been up over 20 years. Sent a parts request expecting those parts to be obsolete but figured it was worth a try. Laura Miller replied within a few days with a quote for the parts and shipping which was great to know upfront. Laura had everything setup so all I had to do was call and give the quote number and make a payment. Very pleased with the process so far.
