I have been a customer since 2019. Since then, I've opened 3 tickets, and another one recently. I can say I always got good technical explanations and very fair support. In my perspective, Shelly keeps doing great in the following areas (being also the reasons why I keep purchasing Shelly devices): - The devices work as announced, being reliable and having proper documentation, in general. - Shelly keeps investing to allow customers to be able to have devices communicating locally instead of moving to cloud lock-in as many other companies do - for instance, now having Z-Wave or Zigbee devices is a perfect example of this (btw, the Home Assistant integration works perfectly for all devices I have). - At last, every time I had to open a ticket, I always obtained very fair support - I have other devices from other companies, and I can say Support is one area where many other companies are failing, so this is again other very important factor that leads me to continue using and recommending Shelly devices.

Contact gehad met hun customer care. Snelle service met een brede kennis, konden direct antwoorden. De hardware werkt trouwens prima.

i asked a question about firmware upgrades, and it was answered in a few minutes. Cannot beleive such good service. Thankyou Shelly.
