I ordered a ring for my girlfriend for christmas and they sent the wrong size. All i did was ask if i could return it for a refund and they “redirected me” to someone else who hasn’t responded in 3 days. Don’t buy from this company.

Größter Scam - Kassieren das Geld und schicken nichts bzw. erst Monate später. Qualität des "Schmucks" ist auch echt schlecht. Habe zum Glück mit PayPal bezahlt und konnte mir das Geld zurückholen.

Ne mérite même pas d’étoile Bague commandé en novembre 2024, un cadeau de la part de mon mari. Nous l’avions bien reçu mais elle n’était pas à ma taille, nous avons dû faire un retour, bien évidemment à nos frais. À ce jour en Novembre 2025 toujours aucun retour, pas de remboursement, pas de réponse. On m’a conseillé de faire appel au Centre Européen de la Consommation (CEC). Ordered a ring and it came in lovely packaging and in good time. That’s where the positive experience ends! After only a few hours of wearing it had tarnished and was clearly not what we were advised. Emailed them and they fobbed us off and now haven’t responded at all. Tried to comment online and they deleted the post, have emailed again from separate email and again was advised it has been passed to a different department. It’s been weeks now and we are not getting any response. They state they have a return policy but don’t want to know once they have your money. The ring is definitely not as described online and they are absolute scammers! Don’t waste your money.

This is the shittest jewelry website i have ever encountered, its been a year since a purchase the ring- got delayed for almost 2 months recevied in January 2025 and after minimal use its cheap and greeny not only that i have also contacted them since 3 months now and nobody tried to fix or tried to get back to me. Such a false advertisement.

je suis en attente de mon remboursement de ma bague ainsi que les frais de retour depuis début Mars 2025 - Achat effectué en Février 2025 - Malgré mes diverses relances ils ne répondent - Je ne conseille pas en plus ils ont volé un adolescent la bage était pour la saint valentin c'est HONTEUX - 69€ + 15€ de frais
