Really good! Fast appointment, not expensive, doctor handled my issues and sent prescriptions to local pharmacy. Id give it 5 stars, except i did fill out intake form stating minor allergy to amoxicillin and the doctor actually prescribed it for me. Had to call back and get it corrected.

I like that I can hop on and get the health care I need. It's quick, effective, efficient. It's a game changer for people that don't have insurance. Having to make an appointment and physically go to the doctor's office and wait just to get a simple Rx for antibiotics is so archaic.

This is a total rip off. I wrote my exact issue in the description. Doctor called me nearly 10 minutes late, told me he couldn’t help me. Was charged $39 for a 20 second phone call which did me absolutely no help. AVOID

Lots of options for providers and availability of providers with appointments available quickly. Providers so far in my experience have been skilled, empathetic, and professional.

Had a Telehealth visit with Dr Monika Bhalla. I explained to her my symptoms of covid, I had used this company last year and they prescribed Paxlovid to me and she said she would do the same thing again this year. She called the prescription in for me, made me aware of the script was there. I went to pick it up and she is not a registered Medicaid doctor in the state of kentucky. I called the customer service and they have no clue what any of their doctors are licensed or not licensed in so you may find a doctor that says they can prescribe a prescription for you but they actually can't and you won't find out until you walk into the pharmacy and you realize you've wasted your time and thrown away your money on a Telehealth appointment so start all over again! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
