Great service for my prescription refill needs. Doctor was on time, patient and competent.

I had an appointment with a provider. Within two minutes of the call after verifying my identity and making sure I was alone she asked my height and weight then told me that she wouldn't treat me. Then began to lecture me about my eating habits. ( not sure how she would know anything about that) She never asked about my health conditions, i interjected to give her that information. She documented "denies" to questions that she never asked. Then with her eyebrows raised she began to tell me how "strict" she was that "you have to exercise" I paid $170 for this! I was then reimbursed $60 because after all I still had a visit. I've never seen a visit for $110 on that site. So I ended up paying $110 to be lectured. I felt discriminated against, angry and sad at the same time. I know they don't HAVE to treat you but the way she spoke to me was very off putting. I'll never use them again.

My provider was not able to fix an issue with my visit after 7 follow up phone calls, all i was offered was a discount visit. I was told by my provider that a ticket would be created for support and a refund, but this did not happen. Would not utilize sesame in the future.

Sesame Health is not the same as it used to be and when they commit malpractice by falsifying medical records, they use an excuse such as, “it’s only an assessment.” They refuse to refund your money after committing a felony. I sent a picture of my ER visit after they misdiagnosed me by not questioning my symptoms and they completely ignored me. There’s no accountability when insurance companies are not involved. They’re committing fraud and not owning up to their negligence. I will never use their services again. Without oversight, these types of companies can abuse the system. Nothing they say will change my mind. Beware.

At 23 years old I have never had anyone truly listen to me about my asthma ailments like Linda Enjema, FNP-C. I was immediately heard and taken seriously. She was able to write me prescriptions that i haven’t been offered. Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with the medical system. Thank you so much.
